Design, install, service and repair. One team, one line of accountability
Most renewable projects come apart at the joins, between the firm that designed it, the firm that installed it and whoever is left to maintain it. We hold all three, so the accountability never changes hands.
Feasibility, surveys, heat loss calculations, system design and the documentation your funding, planning or procurement route requires.
Install
Installation and commissioning by our own accredited workforce. Solar, storage, heat pumps, insulation, ventilation, windows, doors and EV charging.
Service and Repair
Planned maintenance, reactive repair, warranty administration and defect rectification, across mixed technologies on one contract.
DESIGN
Feasibility and system design that stands up to scrutiny
We carry out the surveys, calculations and design work that decide whether a scheme performs, across single buildings and whole property portfolios. Many organisations have more than one site, and we size our approach to the estate in front of us rather than to a standard template. One community centre or four hundred homes, the standard is the same.
The cost of a badly designed renewable system is rarely visible on day one. It shows up as underperformance, oversized plant, a grid connection that was never going to be approved, or a funding claim that cannot be evidenced.
We survey the buildings, model what they can realistically achieve and specify systems sized to how they are actually used, not to a template. On a portfolio, we assess the stock as a whole first, so the sequence of work makes sense across the estate rather than building by building. Because we also install and maintain what we design, the specification is written by people who will have to work with it.

The Heatforce standard
We design what we install
Specifications written by the business that has to deliver them
Portfolio and single site
The same rigour whether it is one building or an entire estate
Realistic modelling
We would rather size a system down than overpromise a return

Audit trails from the first survey onwards
INSTALL
Installation delivered by our own accredited workforce
We install solar PV, battery storage, heat pumps, insulation, ventilation, windows, doors and EV charging to the quality standards our accreditations demand and to the deliverability standards our clients set.
No building behaves exactly the way the drawing says it will. An existing system is not where the records put it, a school releases its hall two days late, a ward changes its schedule the morning work is due to start. Getting a programme delivered is mostly a matter of solving those problems without stopping the programme, and that depends entirely on the people on site.
Our teams work in occupied homes, live care settings, working schools and operational commercial premises, where conduct on site matters as much as the quality of the installation. Every installation is commissioned, certificated and handed over with the paperwork you, your principal contractor or your auditor will ask for.

Service and Repair
Maintenance and repair that keeps systems performing
We service, repair and maintain heating and renewable systems across the UK, using the same team and the same records that delivered the installation. Our engineers arrive holding the survey, the commissioning data and the as-built detail, which means they turn up knowing the system rather than diagnosing it from the beginning.
A renewable installation is not judged on the day it is commissioned. It is judged on whether it still performs once the warranty has lapsed and nobody can find the certificate.
We complete more than 140,000 property visits a year and maintain systems we did not necessarily install. One contract can cover heat pumps, solar, storage, gas heating, ventilation and glazing across a mixed estate, which removes both the administration of holding several separate agreements and the argument about which contractor owns a fault.
Where systems are metered, we report performance data, so you can evidence carbon and energy outcomes rather than estimate them.
