HEALTHCARE
Resilient, low carbon energy for health and care settings
Health and care settings are held to standards a general contractor rarely meets. Infection control, continuity of service, safeguarding and documented safe systems of work are planned before we arrive, not negotiated on the day, across every renewable energy and heating installation we deliver.

Sector Overview
Health and care settings run continuously. There is no shutdown week, no quiet period, and no version of a heating failure that is merely inconvenient. Alongside that sit high energy bills, backlog maintenance on buildings that were not designed for current standards, and decarbonisation commitments that arrive without additional estates capacity to deliver them.
Everything is therefore planned before mobilisation. Access routes, isolation points, working hours, dust and noise containment, permits and the sequence in which spaces are handed back are agreed with your team in advance. Where a system has to come out, temporary provision keeps heat and hot water running, and where a heating or hot water change affects water temperature regimes, the implications are designed in rather than discovered at the next legionella assessment. Our engineers work in occupied buildings every day and are briefed on the setting they are entering, not just the task.
Every installation is commissioned, certificated and handed over with a documented audit trail, so the evidence sits in your files before anyone asks for it. Maintenance stays with us afterwards, which matters more here than in most sectors: when a system fails in a care setting the question is not who is responsible, it is how quickly someone who knows that system can be on site.
