The concerns we hear are consistent, and they are about the subcontractor rather than the technology. A firm that takes the order then cannot resource it. One that arrives without RAMS and stops the site. One that will not coordinate with the M&E contractor and leaves the commissioning half done. One that disappears at practical completion and cannot be found when a defect surfaces in year two. Worst of all, one that goes under mid-programme and takes the retention, the warranties and the as-built information with it.

Design and installation both sit with us, and the majority of the work is delivered by our own directly employed teams. Where a programme needs additional capacity or a specialist trade, we bring in a supply chain we know and supervise it ourselves. Programme discipline follows from that: plot-by-plot releases, phased handovers, sequencing agreed with the M&E package, and attendance when the site is genuinely ready rather than a fortnight after.
