Who we are
We have been installing heating systems for forty years, and we have spent more than twenty of them working in solar and heat pumps, long before regulation started to require them. Today, we continue to design, install and maintain solar PV, battery storage, heat pumps, insulation, ventilation, windows, doors and EV charging, at the scale that business and public sector programmes demand.
With more than 150 directly employed experts, over 20,000 installations completed and more than 140,000 property visits each year, we are built to run multi-site programmes rather than single jobs.

We are a Welsh business and we operate like one. Our workforce, our supply chain and our training academy are here, which is why we can mobilise quickly across Wales and why the money spent on a Welsh project tends to stay in the Welsh economy.
That has a formal side as well. Our social value model is designed to align with the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015, and we support bilingual delivery in line with Cymraeg 2050.
