Solar, storage and low carbon heating for farms and rural businesses
Heatforce installs solar PV, battery storage, heat pumps and EV charging for agricultural and rural businesses, putting large roof areas and heavy daytime demand to work against the cost of running the site.

Sector Overview
Farms and rural businesses carry heavy, continuous electricity loads. Milking parlours, grain drying, refrigeration, ventilation and irrigation run through the working day, which is precisely when solar generates. That match between generation and demand is what makes agricultural solar work commercially, because the power is used on site rather than exported at a lower rate.
Rural sites also tend to sit at the weaker end of the distribution network, where connection capacity is limited and outages are more disruptive. Battery storage addresses both, holding generation for evening use and providing a measure of resilience.
Heatforce designs and installs on-site generation for agricultural buildings and rural premises, handling the structural assessment, the network operator application and the long-term maintenance under one contract. We work across Wales and the English border counties, so a site visit is not a two-day undertaking.
