We introduce customers to authorised credit brokers. Credit is provided subject to lender terms and conditions and an assessment of affordability. We do not charge a fee for our service, and we do not receive commission from the credit broker or lender. We wish to inform you of an important change to our regulatory status. Heatforce is currently authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 737889). We have applied to the FCA to cancel our authorisation so once approved; we will no longer be directly authorised in this way.

The change relates to the way we operate our business and means that we will no longer be able to broker finance arrangements for our products. We will continue to meet all regulatory requirements and maintain strong regulatory oversight until we have confirmation from the FCA that our permissions have been cancelled.Â
