Overview
City Energy Group was appointed to manage the servicing and repair of gas boilers and associated heating equipment across Vale of Glamorgan Council’s housing stock from October 2016.
The contract has been continuously held and currently covers 4,000+ properties. The relationship spans servicing, reactive repairs and heating installations and replacements, making this the largest sustained Local Authority heating contract in CEN’s portfolio. The headline contract value of £5,000,000 is evidenced in 2024–2025 bid responses.
