About the Role:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality service and repair solutions to our valued customers. As a Service & Repair Engineer, you’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing a wide range of heating systems. You will work flexibly as part of an on-call rota, ensuring reliable support is available whenever needed.
Keeping the portal updated for job tracking and maintaining a structured schedule will be key to your success. Your adaptability will allow you to move between contracts as operational requirements evolve.
Throughout, you will uphold compliance with gas safety, health & safety regulations, and internal company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert service and repair for a variety of heating systems
- Participate in on-call rotas, offering dependable support to customers
- Keep the job portal updated for transparency and tracking
- Follow a structured work diary to ensure efficient scheduling
- Maintain flexibility to adjust to changing schedules and contracts
- Ensure full compliance with gas safety and health & safety regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service with a professional, approachable manner
Required Skill Set:
- ACS qualifications (CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT1, CKR1, and HTR1)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with gas central heating systems
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
